Merry Christmas and we have a boy!

First of all, Merry Christmas to all. We hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday season so far. We had a great Christmas week with family and spending time with each other. We also have some news to share. On Dec 23, we went for the 2nd trimester ultrasound, and discovered that Baby Barajas is indeed a boy. The nurse said, "He's definitely a boy," as she zoomed in on the anatomy. She took some great pictures, and even caught him sucking on his thumb.

We are both really excited to be having a boy. My dad didn't hold back and admitted that a boy is what he was hoping for. I would be lying if a part of me was hoping for a boy as well. Of course, a daughter would have been a wonderful blessing, but most dad's dream of having a baby boy.






The most important part is Baby Barajas is doing great so far. The doctor says the measurements and heartbeat are perfect. Brenda is feeling some flutters and really starting to look pregnant! Other than some allergies and cold symptoms, Brenda is feeling really great.

    So happy for you three :) congrAts!!

    I still remember when James found Alyssa was a girl... There was definitely a difference from that day and the day we found out Jimmy was a boy!! ;)

    We can't tell you how excited we were to hear you will be having a boy. Of course our main concern is that baby barajas is healthy. We thank God Brenda is doing well and pray for you all constantly that God will continue to bless you on this wonderful new journey you are partaking in. You will be so amazed at Gods miracle when you see that little face looking up at you. There is truely nothing like it in the world. It is our most precious moments just seeing our boys for the first time. We love you guys so much!
